Shoyu shochu (barley shochu) is blended with espresso, Wasanmitsu sugar, and ice into a frozen slush, then paired with Citrus Lavender Sage tea and an orange-flavored mousse. Topped with Iyokan marmalade and ground sesame seeds for a unique Japanese touch.
