• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Fair Use and Rate Limits

4.1 Credit System

Our service operates on a credit-based system:

• Free tier users receive 10 credits daily
• Premium users receive 100 credits daily
• Lifetime members receive 250 credits daily
• Additional credits can be purchased separately
• Unused daily credits do not roll over to the next day

4.2 API and AI Usage Limits

To ensure fair usage and service quality:

• API calls are rate-limited based on your subscription tier
• Automated or scripted access to our service is prohibited without explicit permission
• Bulk operations must be performed through approved channels
• We reserve the right to adjust rate limits to maintain service stability

4.3 AI Service Restrictions

Our AI-powered features are subject to the following restrictions:

• Attempts to extract or manipulate our AI systems are prohibited

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan

8. Service Modifications

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hong Kong.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
