Wasanmitsu Mousse Foam Almond Milk Latte

This espresso beverage blends traditional Japanese 'Wasato' sugar with our signature espresso and eco-friendly plant-based almond milk, symbolizing our commitment to preserving culture and the environment. Espresso is poured into almond milk, then topped with a fluffy coffee mousse foam gently sweetened with a vanilla syrup and 'Wasanmitsuto' (a blend of Japanese sugar from Tokunoshima sugarcane and molasses from Sanuki Wasanbon production). It is finished with a sprinkle of Wasanmitsuto on the foam.
