Banana & Caramel Cake

A heavenly dessert featuring layers of smooth banana mousse and deep caramel sauce. On top of a crunchy base layer, we stack a banana mousse made with real banana pieces and banana puree. Take a bite, and rich caramel sauce oozes from within. To finish, it is decorated with gently sweet soy milk whipped cream, caramel sauce, and roasted almonds for a wonderful contrast of textures and flavors. All bananas used are "Mottainai Bananas" (non-standard bananas that would normally be discarded despite being perfectly edible). *Made with plant-based whipped cream prepared from soy milk and coconut milk powder, instead of dairy products.
