A rare product from designated origins in Kyoto Prefecture, primarily using high-quality first-flush tea (ichibancha) from mountainous areas. Taste: First-flush tea is rich in amino acids, which are the source of umami, and is said to contain 2 to 8 times more umami than second-flush tea. Grown in a harsh environment with short daylight hours and drastic temperature differences, these leaves fully retain their aroma and flavor, resulting in an exceptionally aromatic tea.
